DUE TO EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH VOLUME OF WORK REQUESTS, WE NOW REQUIRE EMAILS FOR ALL WORK ORDERS.   OUR AIM IS TO REPLY PROMPTLY TO  ALL INQUIRIES.  WE FEEL THIS WILL SATISFY OUR CUSTOMERS ALONG WITH MANAGING THE INCREASING WORKLOAD.  

WORK ORDERS FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS: PLEASE TELL US IN AS MUCH DETAIL AS YOU CAN, WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS.  

NEW CUSTOMERS:  PLEASE GIVE US THE DETAILS OF YOUR REPAIR ALONG WITH YOUR MARINA, SLIP # AND NAME OF BOAT.  WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR ALL NEW CUSTOMERS.

PUMP OUTS:  WE PUMP OUT ON THURSDAYS AND/OR FRIDAYS.  PLEASE TELL US YOUR MARINA, SLIP #, NAME OF BOAT AND HOW MANY TANKS BY WEDNESDAY AT NOON TO INUSRE YOU ARE SCHEDULED.
